so i recently got in a car accident involving my scion tc. Some of you might have seen it at the scikotics show in simi valley. its flat green with flat black, i was recently rear ended on the freway and my car needs fixin.

not really. It all depends on the circumstance.

If anyone hits rear ends you they are at fault unless you were backing up, but i do not see anyone sober doing that on a freeway

Do not settle for anything less them the other guy repairing everything they damaged at their expense and ask for at least a $1000 for pain in suffering even if you have no injuries, they will agree to that just so you do not sue them for medical bills, unless you were mangles then hold out for more lol. Also your entitled to a rental vehicle if needed negotiate that with their insurance.

yep can be totalled. Also, this can also happen. I see front end damage so you rear ended someone too at the same time you got rearended. IF you rearended someone in the process, you are chg for that part of the accident for "following too closely" and depending on speed as well. IF you have full coverage w/ "special equipment" you can claim your kit, paint, and wheels IF you have it covered under your coverage. Good luck man

 

ouch man yeah "Insurance Writer Kirby" is right you would be responsible for anyone you hit, but not sure about liability if they spun you out of control (if thats what happened, I am thinking it did since you ended up backwards)

anyway at least your ok but definetly ask for pain and suffering, I got $1000 when i tapped a first gen xB then got slammed into by a passenger van, I had an stiff neck for a week or two and got $1000 from the guy who hit me, I only paid $150 out of my deductible towards the driver i hit because the i baely tapped them then the van knocked me more into them so the guy who hit me paid for part of the guy i hit as well

Then i used my insurance money as a down on my 09 xB lol!
