what year is your tC? Reason I'm asking is b/c I have the stock header from my 07 sitting in my room with the stock o2 sensor still in it since I couldn't get the d@mn thing out when I put my aftermarket on. It won't have all the bolts to put it on the head or the exhaust gasket but you can use your stock ones for it if you engine is an 07, not sure about the compatibility with earlier models.

Ah, well the sensor may work, but I can't get mine out of the header, thats why I saying I could let you use the header and til you get the rest fixed. Does anyone know if a 07 stock header will work with the 06 head? I don't see any reason why it wouldn't? But good luck man, and hopefully you can find a fan! Did it destroy the fan or is it still somewhat operatable?

ebay has a sensor for 35 plus shipping. it says its a universal one. 4 wires but no connector. now the fan, left side won't turn at all.

Ok man, partial success here for you! I got my stock o2 sensor out. Not crossthreaded at all, I even screwed it back into the pre-cat to make sure it and it holds tight! I'll give it to you for 50+shipping if you want it. As for the fan good luck man, hope it all works out for you! Call me on my cellphone b/c I'm not going to be home the rest of the afternoon, I'm going to PM you the number.
