Default what's going on for new years?

What is the coolest thing around here to do for new years?

I hear STL does it up real well, and I heard KC is fun too . . . Sprinfield has first night, but that's alcohol free . . . where's the best place to party for the new year this year?!

post up any links to events here and let's all find out what the most fun thing to do is in our areas!

When you have 3 kids under the age of 6. New Years is spent chasing them around and going to your friends house that have kids also.
Usually in STL, there is tons to do downtown and on the landing by the river. All the bars and hotels have something going on.

Not really, kinda a word of mouth thing. Most people have a early dinner and then just start hitting the bars and end up on the landing or a a hotel party.

Well, my old lady and I and a few friends are either going to the New Years thing at the Woodlands or more likely walking to the bar around the corner and crawling back. :D

Basement, that's good. Way smaller chance of going through a window...

I haven't really heard of anything going on in Spfd this year. WII'll probably hang with the family, where WII'll drink a little and WII will probably play some games and such. ;)

me and my 2 sons and a buddy rang in 2007 playing Wii. Wii sports rocks (except maybe tennis). Excite truck is pretty fun. Metal Slug Anthology takes me back.

i totally dig Wii Tennis, the one i don't get into is the golf, but my favorite is bowling! Did you get them Zelda? It's pretty sweet. If you didn't see Blockbuster in springfield is renting Wii games now!

I've only played tennis on the fitness test thing, not actually a game. We don't have Zelda yet. only excite truck that I bought, and my buddy picked up Metal Thug Anthology. My wireless router is in the crapper, so I have to pick up a new one and download SMB from the virtual console this week.

I need to get my Blockbuster Online account set back up... so I'll probably be in the BB stores pretty regularly soon.
