Just wanted to let all know about Liberty Toyota/Scion in the springs. Went in for an oil change and to have my deck replaced due to cd problems. Well my appt was at 215, by 345 I was finally getting out( and the place was empty) I had to be somewhere at 4 so i rushed off, just to notice that there was a screwdriver scrape on my dash and the the cluster around the stereo was not put back together, about a half inch gap.
So since i had notice late and had to be somewhere, i just took it in the next day.....the srevice dept was closed, and the salesmen, started telling me they werent going to do anything about it until monday(it was sat) So of course i get really cranked and start letting them have a mouth full...One of the salesmen, was pretty much just running his mouth with a smirk, like it was ajoke, another asked me where i bought my car...after i told him Elway, he had the nerve to tell i better take it there then.....which really meant ...(we did a crap job, and didnt put it together right, so take it somewhere else to fix, even though we did it) And of course that really made me happy...so after all that the manager decided to see if a tech was still there.....lucky for me there was and i got it put together, and the dash is still scrathed and they just put armor all on it.
So the tech, Rob,(the only person worth anything there) found out for me, that an apprentice did the work, and the master tech that is suppose to check his work, obviously didnt....hmmm is my oil filter hanging off too? basically....just wanted everyone out there that might be in the springs....stay away from Liberty Toyota/Scion. I know i will

 

I took mine to stevinson west for oil change, wheel rotation and ratting problem. They scratched one of my wheels. I also noticed black fingerprints around the sun roof when they tried to fix the rattle. I complained about it and they fixed my wheel. Anyway, I have decided to do my own oil to avoid that kind of problem. Yesterday I did my own and I put full synthetic oil. What a difference it makes!!!!!

P.S. Did the amor all fix the scratch? I doubt it.
