A-town police have two brand new license plate OCR scanners. they read 15 plates a second against traffic moving at highway speeds. That's 900 plates a minute, and not only scans them in that time, but also RUNS them. ridin dirty? don't do it in Aroara!

the staties have one too. just found this out from a friend of mine on the dept.

I don't see how that could possibly be probable cause for a stop, but they are doing it. They nailed 47 people today in a four hour period.
