i see that you had created a gif called favicon... it needs to be an .ico file, and it's more than just changing the extension - look for freeware called bitmapToIcon - that should do it.

 

the css file is the first file i provided to you (here), along with the first instruction:
basically, it's an acronym for cascading style sheet. It adds modularity.

Calling it as a separate file, rather than within the page (<style> body {color:pink;} </style> etc...) gives you the benefit of changing one thing that cascades down to other files. there are some more complexities to it, but that's the high level.

tony, I did everything and it doesnt look good lol. The bg.jpg background is not showing up, the page is not justified top left. Check ut the website again

 

change your pages top margin - 0 u can do that in the page properties in DMW

 

I dont think I should do that. He already started css file for me. I am not sure how to edit the css file though.

then add in
margin: 0 ;
within the brackets

then the site should be flush with the top of the browser

see if you have anything changing the spacing, a BR or P or anything like that
