i see that you had created a gif called favicon... it needs to be an .ico file, and it's more than just changing the extension - look for freeware called bitmapToIcon - that should do it.

on all pages, replace the code between <style></style> with: <link rel="stylesheet" href="krmConsult.css" type="text/css">
Calling it as a separate file, rather than within the page (<style> body {color:pink;} </style> etc...) gives you the benefit of changing one thing that cascades down to other files. there are some more complexities to it, but that's the high level.

Tony, the code is starting with <style type="text/css"> instead of <style> . Shall I replace the code between <style type="text/css"> to </style> ? Shall I replace <style type="text/css"> to <style> ?
