Since I didn't go to home depot to get an air gun, the crank pulley is still not installed =/ yet

I did the next best thing. Clean the Engine bay. OMGGGG was that **** tough. I cleaned most of it up. It looks so sexy now. I still have more to do, but its a huge difference compared to how it was before.

All the charge pipes, intercooler and manifold, have been cleaned, sanded, primed and painted. Its looks pretty good =)

4" T-bolt clamps arrived today so I can clamp up my intake now, finally!

Engine/exhaust manifold gasket, has been cleaned, sanded lightely, washed, and then sprayed with hi-temp copper.

Flanges on manifold and turbo, have been washed, sanded, and sprayed with hi-temp copper as well.

Stainless Steel brake lines Front & Rear are installed.

Well i was drivin on the gratigny and i heard a pop and then the oil lite went on and then the check engine. The car wouldnt accelerate so i pulled over and when i got out of the car there was oil all over the floor. Basically the car wont start so i had to towe it to the dealer and ill find out wendsday whats up. im prayin that everything turns out ok.

Other than that, everything so far is looking pretty good. Pipes are wrapped and looking very sexy =)

Hope it keeps the charge pipes from getting so heat soaked. I'll try the front motor mount and pulley tomorrow, cause i'm to busy today to do anything. Got tons of alcohol for the family get together today

When you got out of the car, was there still a lot of oil pouring out?

 

pete fight to have it covered under warrenty... your car is stock.. so they should be able to cover it and get u a new motor.. in a way lol its a good thing... so chin up and _____ and complain about getting it replaced...

thanks for the comments fellas... the seats need alot of work still.. thanks to johnny and joe for coming over last minute and helping out... now that i see the red in the car fk im thinking twice about the black.. but in a way i dont mind... i want less attention.. and the seats in red will be kinda attention getting.. i might just toss some tints on and buy some black seat covers to preserve the red and hide it while i drive..

OMG though they feel amazing.. havent taken it for a real test drive yet but once i finish moving the seats up cuz they are super low right now ill start tearing up the turns.. OMG so far though what a huge diff.. ill take ppl out for a spin on wed. if i show..

 

sucks bro. do you check your oil often? with the s/c they recommend checking the oil everytime you fill up gas. not sure how often it should be n/a, but thats pretty crazy. good luck getting it under warranty. i dont see why you wouldnt be able to. if the oil light went on right then and there, theres nothing you could do. like someone else said, did the dealer change the oil the last time?
