well it took pete, joe, and myself with the help of a few others here and there literally 20hrs... that includes break times, looking for tools 2.5hrs + and breaks here and there. aside from that unless you have the proper hoists and a lift, i WOULD NOT suggest you do it by yourself. id be willing to help out, but not this weekend and the following is filling up pretty quick. if you can get joe, pete, and maybe 1-2 other peeps to help out, im down

I can just imagine how bad the inside of the transmission housing must be.

It probably has broken synchros and broken teeth all over the place >.<

Yea I am replacing the entire assembly =)

Flywheel is from CC, I just got (again lmao).

Clutch I have an ACT clutch/pressure plate combo like you.

I haven't really driven it hard. Since the leaking problem i've had in the head, which has been forever.

Do you think the clutch is worn out and I should just get a new one?

Once the tranny is out, that'll be a great chance to get the hotchkis front sway in and the rear motor mount in as well.

i dont know what kinda condition the disk might be in, its hard to say what kinda pressure the tranny has had on it. it was be the best time for the mounts and front sway.

sounds like quite the project... once youve got your transmission issues all resolved, the engine should be a piece of cake. looks like good things on the horizon..
