Just put a metalic highflow cat and yoru good. Or take your stock cat and weld flanges on it and make a racepipe with flanges too. Then just swap it in and out.

If you have a turbo then thats another story cause its not easy to swap those out.

this is a very comprehensive policy. i wonder where people think all of the money for achieving these goals is going to come from. are state officials going to take a pay cut? is the federal government going to add to the tillions of dollars in debt to grant them the money? hell no! higher taxes, gas costs, energy costs, cost of merchandise, etc. is where that money is coming from. the individual consumer is getting the shaft yet again. that, ladies and gentlemen, is why i hate the government.

 

Well.... this means we all need to drop in massive turbo's and run from the cops!

 

Does anyone know details as to when it will be implemented exactly, what year cars would be exempt, etc?
