I do lowering at my house in Winter Garden and charge 140, Which is about half of what most shops will charge. I've done 6 total now, and it takes about 4 hours for me to do.

You can drop your car off and come back, or stick around, lend a hand whatever =)

my friend(s) that i reffered with tC's said it was about 2hrs.

besides Speedzone, try RZMotoring.

 

There used to be a place called speed and sound. The installed mine back in the day for $133 in 1.5 hours. They also pre-compressed the springs, so I didn't need to wait for it to settle. Too bad they closed shop.
