Even better Bill... Maybe if someone of us can get in contact with Mr. Michael Kennedy about a get together, because we all know he cares about the Florida Scion scene just as much as anyone else does, that would be sweet. No trophies, maybe some raffles, but that would be about it... Strictly a get-together.

I was gonna mention the good SD times but didnt want to start any flame wars, im afraid it would add on to the already existing drama.. But yes back in the day, things were much better then today, not just SD but overall, i remember Daytona Exposed being the best Scion event yet...

Kinda Eggie but it was also the biggest most organized roll into an event that us FL Scion owners ever had. It was just one big FL Scion family rolling into the Speedway..

i think this post needs some midwest info also!

i also have stepped down from my vp position in syndicate do to many things that have changed towards the club and what the meaning of the club is and is supposed to be!
there are poeple who turn the blind eye but i think everything is mostlly sugar coated in these club relationships! good at first but than people try to make it something it is not supposed to be!

just so you guys n gals in florida know i think there is a virus spreading throught the scion community and it goes far across the u.s.!!!!!!!!

things just arent the same as they were a few years ago!

sorry to hear he left. its usually people that claim they are car enthusiasts and end up being immature and start arguements that causes web forums to close down. hopefully you can talk him into coming back.

I hate to see barry go, if he goes through with it... I consider him as one of the fathers of the Scion community here in the South East.

Default hey

I cant beleave it the man who would help anyone one out if they had problems with their scion and set up most of the orlando scion events has left.

to ____ off a person who never _____ed or moaned about anything and is always there to help out anyone in the scion community is just wrong.

i have known barry since 04 and he's by far one of the kindest person i have ever met.

I do hope u people know what just happend.

Eggie, james, irving, janis, myself and the other people from the orlando crew knew this guy for a while and to ruin our good friendship because of a car show is stupid.

Yes i was there at the show and u know what the show was not run by a big name show like HIN or Slam fest it was mainly set up as a reunion for the scion community the awards were supposed to be a BONUS.

IF Barry is gone i dont need to go to any scion carshows any more because barry was one of the main people who i hung out with and talked to.

I will still chill with the tru orlando crew that i have always hung out with. but as far as any shows im done.

P.S. Barry i want to thank you for everything that you have ever done for me.

Yeah, but you know what? You cant let what a small percentage of people think ruin stuff like this. So what if a couple of people cry about judging or categories. It comes with the territory. You cant please everyone.
Concentrating on the negative blinds you to all the positive. Hopefully Barry sees this.
