Default 2.0 Ig Coils internaly short

Working on a 2013 2.0 FR-S and #3 cylinder coils keep burning up. Big blob of plastic erupts on underside of coil head by 3 wire connection immediately upon attempt to start. First had a code P0353 then P0303 when first coil melted down. Replaced coil and immediately the coil melted down resulting in only code P0303. Ground wire ohms good, Battery + wire is 12v, with engine running signal wire is 12v on 0v key off. all the same results when testing cylinder 1 connections. Not good, brand new coils melting down at $100.00 each.
TIA, Daniel Kozak

Well, sheeot, canned the new Toyota coil, replaced it with an aftermarket and new spark bolt for good measure and all is well there on cylinder 3.
Now damn it bank 2 cam actuator issue P0020. Any Ideas? I will be swapping the CPS from bank 2 to bank 1 to see if the CPS is the issue.
