S2000 vs BRZ
You think a 2.0T Gen Coupe is faster than an S2k around a track?
In the consumer world, It depends on drivers to optimize the vehicle. I'm not delusional to think that a capable driver in car X will still lose to capable driver in car Y.
I don't make blanket statements, they are much more deeper than the surface level which is what you make that statement out to be.
Ok, to be fair, I am more experienced than the driver of the S2k in front.
Here's a video of my driving an s2k. Stock suspension, stock aero, on 255 RS3, exhaust, and alignment.
And no, a Mustang V6 and Gen coupe are not faster than either of these cars at MOST tracks. They'll be faster at a power track, like Auto Club Speedway.
This is our BRZ at ACS; this lap currently holds the street tire record there for any FRS/BRZ, although we don't expect it to last long
And yes, the BRZ does oversteer... watch the end ;)

I wonder how modded the s2k in that (first) video was? Seemed pretty serious, still, props to a brz for keeping up on the track!
EDIT:
"The BRZ has an alignment (crash bolts), exhaust, wheels, and Star Specs. The S2k has an alignment, wheels, AD08, Coilovers, and exhaust."
From the video
