when u take off the stock pulley you can see the oil on the part where steel ring is on the NST pulley. I guess technically you dont have to put oil on it but just jently scrape off the rust so it doesnt get anywhere inside of the moving parts
Damn, they look better than I thought. And I was one of the ones who agreed with you on the wheel choice. Don't paint them black though. Leave them as is or maybe do the DupliColor Black Chrome paint. Regular black and they will disappear into the car. JMO though. Give us some better pics!!

If your going to paint them pick a brighter color. Like blackedout said, black will lose all of the wheel. Get some colored lugs. Oh and needs moar low.
