My key fob is clearly disfunctioning. None of the buttons are working. However, what I believe to be the car locator (a little red led light in left corner below steering wheel flashes) will not turn off. Every time I open the door and drive the dash and parking lights flash for a time. Also, I cannot lock my vehicle.

I've changed the battery. Next I'll try to reprogram? The second fob is long gone.

Any thoughts?
