Used IM Pricing/Mileage

Hi, I am looking at a 2016 iM for sale as a former 1 owner corporate, no accidents vehicle with 198,000 miles so driven around 41,000 a year. Body and interior are good.

What would be a fair price? Anyone here with that high of mileage have any specific issues to look out for or should I not consider an iM with this mileage?
