Greetings all...
I'm a new iQ owner and so far, after a month and a half of ownership, I'm really enjoying the car. I have a question regarding the lighting on the dash panel and the instrumentation area.

Not having the gauge cluster illuminated when the headlights are off is normal. It would be nice if it was lit all the time.

The indicator tabs on the AC controls are also not illuminated by design.

 

Thank you surfcitylocal, I appreciate the reply. I had a feeling they were off by design but I wanted affirmation so I didn't assume they'd forgotten to connect something when the car was assembled.
