Probably because they're not for sale in those areas yet I'd guess.

The areas listed are on sale now at dealerships. I guess they just want to let people know they are available. That first one listed has an unbelievable price tag though!

They are all for sale by dealers. Dealers post cars up on Ebay all the time. NBD
