ahhh, the Copen is a cool car. I sit comfortably in one and it's smaller than my xB. AND it's turbocharged and intercooled. They sound tight with a good exhaust system.

Yeah. Of the estimated 30 minutes they had the cars uncovered, I was front and center at the xD for a good 15 minutes. I was there for the cars of course, but who can turn down free booze?

Close, yes, but the shifter is in the floor. Oh, and the rear end is a little more squared-off, as in the rear window is more vertical, and the front end, well it's just different. For one, the headlights are not as big.

it appears very similiar to an earlier post which included a picture from an Asian auto magazine w/ a rendering of the new XD. This vehicle in the background looks almost identical to that earlier post. Personally I can't judge the size proportions in this picture of the Copen. Look at the rear window and wide pilar along w/ the shape.

 

Similar, maybe just slightly. That orange vehicle is an SUV or CUV. Size may have been the wrong word, but the shape, proportions, look, etc are not those of the xD.

This Miami thing must have been a big yawn and the vehicles shown obviously did not make much of an impression on those in attendance. Of all of the posts about the event there has been a conspicuous absence of any remarks about the details of the xd or the other vehicle that was allegedly there. There has been noticeably few remarks about how "cool, hot, awesome..." or any other superlative used to describe these rumored vehicles or any words that would inspire one to anxiously awaiting their debut. All of this creates a suspicion that their final revelation will be about as exciting as cold, two day old leftovers.
