The 08 projectors have an extra piece of plastic on the bottom. You can easily remove that so it looks exactly like the 07 and down

Well, for anyone curious if these fit on the 05 - 07 models, they install perfectly. I put these on today with 6000k HIDs and they look really nice, no dark spots in the middle like some cheap projectors have.

I can get cutoff pics tomorrow night, I'm out of town with my rental Taurus until then.

Good luck with it, I'm sure you'll love the way it looks. During the day it looked really nice, and I have LED's installed in the parking lights and they reflect brighter than the old style headlights. It took me about 30 minutes to put in.

Yeah, 30 minutes for the whole install. You do remove the front bumper (5 bolts underneath the bumper, 2 bolts on the side/fender liner, 2 on top of each headlight, and a few tabs on top of the bumper). Just slide the old headlights out torwards you (there is a small slot that holds a plastic clip in place underneath the headlights) and pop in the new ones then close everything back up. It's actually easier then removing the tail lights/rear bumper for those of you that have done that.

I used H11 HID bulbs 6000k and hooked them up to my ballast from before. I just recommend installing all the bulbs in the new headlights before putting it in, it makes it easier since there is little room to use once they are installed. I also hosed it down for a while to make sure there are no fogging issues.

And yes, it does have the squirrel spotters up top, but those are still there even when using halogen bulbs. Most toyota projectors have these, including lexus. Once I get back home tonight (it will be very late tonight) I can take pics of the cutoff on the garage.
