Will these fit in the 2005 models? They look like a direct fitment.

Do they use the same wiring harness?


I know many people don't like them, but they match my wheels very nicely and the stock red ones look like crap on my IIP tc.

 

As far as I know... they should be a direct replacement. Of course, there's only one way to find out. So go for it...

 

Yes, I'm 99.9% sure they will fit perfect.

 

The 08 tails have been swapped out with aftermarket tails so if that worked, there should be no reason why swapping out your tails for the 08's wouldnt work

Should be the same. It would have been pointless to change it since its only a cosmetic redesign. As mentioned already, just go for it.

I don't know how much they actually are, but check with the guys at TRDSparks... they'll probably have the best price or close to it.

Or watch the classifieds here on SL as I'm sure there will be a few floating around in there as more 08s are sold.

 

Their only concern is selling you the car, as far as telling you anything actually useful and keeping up with whats going on? Thats not their business lol

 

yes, they are a direct plug and play.... i have em. (not installed yet, but the plug is the same)

 

i think if you do it quick enough, some 08 owners will do a direct swap for yours. :D

plug and play baby..... they are sexy.. 2 months now ( prolly the first at least on the east coast)and still get so many compliments on them... and i like the fact the eyebrows (front) match the reverse light in the back
