You can get HID projector on ebay or somewhere else. Look here:

http://search.ebay.com/tsx-projector...xQ20projectory

I purchased a McCullogh Kit. It's pretty good, you might want to get a harness with relay too. See the link:

I did a retro on my headlights:

If you don't want to do it, you can go to HIDretro.com, and they'll charge you 900 - 1200 for parts and labor.

but you just put in HID bulbs right? not a true retro w/ differnt projectors and all the custom fab work right? not sure what that lump is in your cutoff.. but thats one of the reasons im not a fan of the purchaseable projectors made for our cars... light is focused for "hot spots".. but im not sure if its the projector or the length of the HID bulb that does it.. do you or could you take a pict w/ a halogen on one side and the HID on the ohter? then a couple more w/ the HID side covered then the halogen covered? that would show the difference... everyone posts the final picts, but NO comparasion shots are ever taken.. thats what sells people on these things.. LOL.. but as long as you like them.. what K did ya get? looks upwards of 6000K+

I think the lump is caused by the cut-off metal plate. If you look at most of the cut-off metal plate, it has a lump. That's my guess. I actually swapped the aftermarket projectors with the BMW E46 projectors. Having said that, I can't put the halogen in the projector, because it would not fit. Beside, the original projectors do not produce this cut off anyway. It's kinda angled and more centralized in the center rather than scattering out left and right. I used the 5300K

Don't know what else to tell you about that little lump. It doesn't really bother me. I asked another person to drive my car, while I drove his car. From a far distance, we headed toward each other on our own traffic side and my tc looks just like one of those luxury cars. It has the bluish and then white and then bluish color. Looks pretty real to me.

I drive in the city most of the time, so I never really need high beams. Even when I drive in the dark superb, I still don't need high beams. And this is before the retrofit. Now, with the retrofit, I definitely don't need it ever. Maybe if I drive in wisconsin farm area, which is where I use to live. I went to a boarding highschool in a Mt. Calvary WI. All you can see is lands and cows for miles. It is a different world.

Ok obviously u guys know more from experience about the proper ways to use HID's so let me ask u guys something. I want to get either 6000K or 8000K HID's kit from xenonpros, but u guys say i need projectors. What are the best projectors that u would reccommend i get. And so if i get the Mcculloch HID kit with projectors will that be all i need to run it properly? btw i have a fm tC.

buying projectors isnt the only thing you'll need! If you do go with projectors you'll want a better HID kit in there, like OEM. I have Philips 4300k bulbs with Matsu____a Ballast. 6 & 8k will give you more blue than anything and decrease light output. which is why you want to stay with OEM bulbs. you'll need to do alot of research on HIDPlanet.com/forums to get the idea of this type of stuff!

Wait so OEM HID kits are definitely better than Mcculloch? And Yanki did where did u buy all your stuff, from HIDpalnet? And would u reccommend TSX projectors over everything including say the s2000's? So Yanki do u suggest i get the Hella/Philips Generation-3 Package? Man i didnt expect getting HID's would be this complicated and expensive. If u could Tanker let me know where u bought each of your things like your tsx projectors and stuff. Man after talking to u it makes it seem like i have to use baller sized money to get the proper HID set working right.
