i've just put in a HID kit and noticed the driver side headlight is lower, i've looked to see the aiming screw, and only saw one for each headlight, which one is this the veritcal or horizontal alignment, (its the one between the high and low beam in the middle of the housing) also where is the other alignment screw located...

 

the screw makes it go up and down..

and uhh.. the driver side is supposed to appear to shine lower

 

yeah its suppose to shine a little lower, so you dont kill on coming traffic or something loll, i aimed mine pretty low because as you know hid's are bright as helll and i feel bad

 

so is there a adjustment for left/right...? or just up and down...

I have the same problem. it seems that the driver side is moved to the left a bit compared to the passenger side headlight. I guess it is supposed to be that way. Am i correct?

 

There is no adjustment for left and right, just up and down for the OEM headlights.
