BODY KITS?!?!
Alright, i recently slammed into a deers head with the right portion of my bumper. Its now missing. Im not really bummed about it cause there isnt to much damage. Instead of going with a stock bumper from the dealer that i will eventually replace, im just gonna do that now. I was looking at the Drifter body kit from extremedimensions.com I love this kit alot. And i was looking at the Buddy Club 2 kit from creativecompacts.com. Now the the drifter kit is a grand for the whole thing, and the buddy club is 400 for the whole thing(for some reason) i just wanna know what people think about these 2 kits, and if anybody has these kits. i would really like to know about the buddyclub kit since its only 400 bucks? any feedback would be great. thanks.
Fiberglass breaks easily and repairs easily too. Urethane is harder to break but harder to fix. Kind of have to flip a coin.
Questions to ask yourself:
Can I fix fiberglass?
Do I know someone that will fix fiberglass for me?
Will it be cheap?
Are the roads I drive on nice or poorly maintained(i.e. bumps, potholes, dips...etc.)??
Is there someone that can fix the urethane kit for me?
Will any kit last on the roads?
What if I'm lowered on these bad roads?
There are many things to ask yourself. You just need to make sure you are ready for it. Don't jump into something if you don't know all the risks...and the rewards
.
Hope that helps,
Steven
