I worked on my car today, just the center console, well didn't really do much. Just replaced old LEDs. Those work perfectly fine.

Now my brake lights went out. I check the fuse "STOP" any other fuse I should check? And are there any brake wires around the center by the shifter? If there is any maybe it's loose?

Anyone have any ideas?


The parking lights work and when i unlock/lock my car the lights flash.

just when i hit the brakes the lights don't anything.

only thing i can think of is to go back and double check your work. you must have disconnected the switch that turns the brake lights on when you press the brake pedal.

that's unlikely.. the switch for that on the brake pedal is quite up there.

more likely he blew a fuse, but there are other wires/connectors around and behind the glove box area that head back to the tails..

i checked all the fuses. they all seem fine.


anyone know where i can find details on where the wires are and lead so i can check all connections.
