My buddy and I installed this on his SW also.. it was the most easiest install i've ever done.. but your right.. the stock bolts def don't work with the seibon hood. As far as your washer nozzles.. just take a drill put a bit on it.. and have the drill eat away at the hole. It took some time.. bit it worked out. Its alright if you mess up too.. the washer nozzles are pretty huge.. and if you mess up.. the nozzle will cover it right up.. just make sure u get the top and bottom for the pin grips to grab.

^Does the hood come with a SECURE latch? Or did you have to fab something...

I've seen some hood with the latch 'molded' to the hood...I want something a little cleaner...

CAN WE GET UNDER HOOD SHOTS OF THIS THING, PLEASE?!

From what i remember the latch is molded on to the hood i think.. but it makes sense for it to be molded only since the latch part is made out of metal.. the underside is made from high temp plastic or resin.. feels like plastic though. But i'll admit its a really nice clean looking hood. The underside def looks OEM too. But you'll have to ask him for pictures i don't have a CF hood myself so i can't show you guys pics.

A few weeks back I helped redo the hood of one of our team members and we driled out the spots for the hood cloth and remounted it to the under side and it hid all the washer tubes and really cleaned up the look.........he has Seibon too........great quality hood.........

The bolts that came with it were too small to fit in the stock mounting bracket, so I had to go to home depot and get some washers but after that eeeeasy. I had 2 people help me. The only other pain in the a$s was the windshield washer squirters, the holes do come pre drilled but are like 1/2 centimeter too small so I filed down my squirter and broke it so I was like forget that. So I sorta getto rigged it. I took some of the tubing that came with the squirters and stuck two of the pins that held the heat shield on the stock hood and stuck thoes in the holes. They fill the holes and look better. Ill probable order some new squirters from toyota and just take it to a body shop and have them do thoes and the hood pins. I'm way to scared to drill into it. Ill show pics tonight of what all I just said so maybe it'll actually make sense! But thanks for the replys!
i did the same exact thing, i tried to file down the washed and snapped it. You prob know how ____ed i was. I went and ordered 2 more nozzels so they would match and i just shaved the CF wasnt as painful as it sounds its easy jus tmake sure u don tmake the hole to big. Nice hood man, seibon ftw! I also cut out part of the underbody of the hood so the hoses wouldnt get pinched and i dilled hole sin the underside to get the heat shield back on. You can do it urself jsut take ur time dont pay the show to do somethint hat take 10 min. I vote no for hoodpins i don tlike the way they look personally. but its ur car.

yah, thanks for the advice, i will probably put the heat shield back on. but im really wanting hood pins installed professionally (strong believer in the "if something will go wrong itll go wrong for me) and if i take it to the shop i get a gaurentee, so if they mess it up ill get a new hood
