hey everyone... all my friends tell me not to get a cf hood, one they said they crack way to easy, two they say they show rock damage horribly bad also... i dunno what to think... and i have another friend that only puts his on for the weekends when its nice out. are they really that bad?

 

You get what you pay for. If you buy a quality part then you will be fine. I have had my hood on for about 18 months and I have no cracks or rock chips.

 

I have only had mine for a few months. But it being kaminari, I am not worried at all. My car is daily driven and sees all the elements. Does 5 hour car rides, andI have no issues so far!!
