DDM/Apexcone Digital HIDs
I have to say that I am pleased with DDM Tuning's Apexcone Digital HID lights. I opted for 5000K 30W (as opposed to 50W).
Their shipping, however, is another story. I was told that the 9006 kit was in stock, would ship within 48 hours. I called back after 6 days and they said it was in stock but they were still working through the orders. I decided to cancel the order, since I'm leaving for college in two weeks (leaving the car at home). However, the guy on the phone said he will try to push the order out and get it to ship same-day. If not, he would cancel. Luckily for me, it did ship out that day. (I called at 1PM PST).
I received it four days later in Chicago via UPS Ground. Installing the kit was fairly straightforward. The digital ballasts are very small and easy to mount. However, the wire going from the tC 9006 Harness to the ballast isn't as long as I would have liked to mount it ideally on the driver's side. On the other hand, the wires between the ballast and the bulb are a little too long (I had to wrap them around the relay box on the driver's side to keep them out of the way. (just nitpicking)
The lights fired up perfectly the first time, and have a great white color very similar to my dad's 04 Acura TL. I will take some pics of the light falling on my garage door once it gets dark. Maybe even a comparison with the OEM lights on my dad's TL. (obviously that will have a sharp cutoff with it's projectors).
Overall, this kit was a GREAT value. My kit was $94.10 shipped! I would recommend these to anyone looking for a drop-in HID conversion. Did I mention the free Lifetime Warranty?
Pics to come soon!!

I'm not sure what you mean by relay kit... there weren't any available where I bought them (ddmtuning.com). I got two ballasts, two bulbs, and mounting hardware.
I forgot to mention there was a 9006 adapter already tied-in, but after a quick call to DDM, they explained that it was designed for cars that had 9006 bulbs but no 9006 connection (just spade connectors). So I clipped the wires and pulled 'em off. Took all of ten seconds.
I'm heading out for pics right now =)

PICS ARE HERE:
For comparison, the OEM 2004 Acura TL

Note the two hot spots and glare artifacts... not a result of the kit but a result of the reflector housing (no projectors).

a relay kit draws power from your battery rather then your stock harness. Although HIDs draw less power then Halogens, they do have a momentary spike where they draw more power, Many people say its not necessary to have a relay kit but there are people who have fried their harnesses because they didn't have a relay. The relay would also allow you to mount your ballasts better.
I ran an Apexcone digital HID 30w 5000K system in my WRX, LOVED IT.
edit: looking at the site, http://ddmtuning.com/hidkihidbuhi.html look at the bottom of the page, they offer a relay kit for 25 bucks
