DIY write up for aftermarket fogs?

Under body cable connectors:
Dang mine are short (which is a common issue with cheap ebay ones) anyway I need to find extenders for three of them.
I'll take a picture later at home, but they are 6 pins straight across with two bits that make sure it has to go in only one way... anyone got any thoughts on where to get extender cable.
Pix to come.

Well, after some serious googling efforts I've come up short.
I'm going to swing by radio shack on teh way home and get a huge roll of 12v wire (thin as possible) and some butt crimp thingies and make some 4 foot extenders for the 3 sets of wires that are short, all three will be in teh car when I extend them, so weather proofing isn't an issue. It'll just take me a while making 3 x 6 wire harness looms.
Then I'll set about going crimp'tastic.

Changed my plan slightly.
Came to the decision that I will NEVER use any of the pattern displays, and that I really didin't need a big-___ blue box with 3 tiny buttons to just turn the things on and off.
So I spliced the 5 section wires into one wire using a big butt crimper. And I added a butt crimp to the hot wire (checked and double checked everything before doing this), and then I'll splice the 2 groups of 4 wires into one, and attach that to a bog standard OEM styley switch in the dash.
Click -> all on
Click -> all off
...Then at my leisure I will look into making a switch bypass relay setup that is triggered by my lock and unlock - so the lights flash when the indicators flash when from across the car park (this is pretty much the only reason I got these lights).
Installed teh front cathodes last night, Oznium ones fit nicely with the trasformer in behind the dash and the cathode tubes come out from each side of the footwell and are currently ziped in place. I extended the power cables on these as I'll need to splice them to teh two that are going under each seat (front and rear), then rather than a switch, I'm going to trigger these through a relay from the dome switch (all 4? triggers) so they will come on when you open either door, when you unlock, and when you tunr the dome on manually.
Need to try and get that done by Friday, got my folks flying in from blighty and I'd like to have it all done and tidied away before they arrive.
