Default Drain hole in the hatch?

So, it's been raining down here in the socal area, and the car started to leak on the inside, no to mention fog up my drivers tail light. I opened the hatch and it seems there's no drain plug. The car has been repainted inside-out so I'm wondering if they plugged up the drain hole or not. Anyone else have this problem?

I meant for water (dunno if thats what you were referring to). So I was looking for a hole on the side of the hatch and couldnt find one. I'm hoping the rubber seal isn't already going bad i mean ____ i barley have 27k miles on this thing yet

uhh.. water's not supposed to enter the car at all.. so there's no "drain plug" to begin with.

check the rubber seal then. maybe it's just loose somewhere.

of course not, but i think water does slide off the inside of the hatch, at least in my old 3000gt it did and there was a draining hole. but i'll take your word

i'll check the seal, good call. thanks man

water runs down the side of the hatch and exits where the hatch meets the rear bumper area.

you should have a rubber grommet under the left side of the spare tire, closer to the rear of the car. you may have to lift up the spare to see the grommet.
