Unless they are required by your state, front license plates are just silly. Go for the clean look.

Atually, about the flying license plate, I believe mythbusters proved that something like that wouldnt have enough mass to do any damage, and tht was in the back windshield, it would be pretty retarded if it hit you from the front, plus it would be held on by suction cups, and I don't think they will come loose just cuz you hit something, they are usually pretty strong and take some force to pull them off...

I popped the upper part of the grille back and put 4inch screws and washers to keep it in place, then popped the grill back in. It is in there pretty tight and won't come out. If you do try to put the plate in this way, just be careful to not scratch up the bottom part of the bumper, it's pretty snug in there. Later I will remove the bottom grill and zip tie the plate since you cannot see the screw holes anyways.

myInnor, the ticket was $201 and the judge reduced it to $86. The cop who gave me a ticket was WSP Trooper and was going over my car checking everything. City cops don't bother you unless you're driving like an idiot, but those Troopers are cracking down since last year there were 17 fatal deaths on the 101 Highway along a 50 mile stretch. This year only 1, so far.
