Yea its probably good but way to expensive for an axle-back in my opinion.

i emailed greddy a few days ago and they got back to me today saying the EVO2 was released. i just read a lil while ago it's another axle-back. it's kinda pricey but i think i'm gonna pick it up anyway.

That price for an axleback, thats a no no. Id get the muffler and goto an exhaust shop and get a headerback 2.5" with a evo 2 muffler and it'll probably cost the same!

but will it sound the same and will you be safe from a CEL? there has to be a reason why all these companies are making axle-backs and not full systems.

I'm not an expert, but might know why. after looking under the car, a muffler specialist told me that our pipes are really good and the thickness(2.25") is more than sufficient.

me and my friend were thinking the same thing when we had my car up on the lift installing my coilovers. i've read the injen axle-back makes 5hp. i dunno how much more you guys are looking to make but if you're not going turbo, i'd be satisfied with 5 from just an exhaust.

the reason that most companies arent making a header back or cat back for our cars is that we dont need it. most of us will remian n/a forever..and the stock midpipe is a 2.25 mandrel bent pipe. that is better than any of those honda crush pipes. this is why an axle back can make so much power. i personally do not believe in spending 400 for just a muffler, which is basically all an axle back is!!! i would just get a universal magnaflow and a nice tip or two in my case...and have a muffler shop just make you a pipe, costs around 150 installed. also if you want to imporove the stock system... get an aftermarket S-pipe, because ours suck.
