Default ground clearance

I live in Mass, where all the roads suck. I was wondering what the ground clearance would be if I had the kaminari kit with the stock springs still on it. I really wanna get a kit but I dont wanna mess it up because of the aweful roads around here.

Ummm...I'd look like you were driving a 4x4 with a snow plow bumper. I'd suggest the TRD springs for a reasonable amount of drop, but any kit without a drop will be poo. Even the OEM kit can't help the tC at stock ride height, way too much wheel well gap. OEM kit and TRD drop FTW!

Default thanx

I dont really care too much for the lowering springs i just want to know which kit i should get. I also plan to throw some 18's on there.

the kit will look bad with no drop, even with 18's. Your better off dropping it and getting no kit. Or go with the Viniati Sides and Spoiler, it is a different route but changes to look of the car for the better w/o affecting clearance.

so you think its a bad idea to go with stock springs with the kaminari kit? Does anyone know the difference in ground clearance between the stock kit and the kaminari kit with the stock springs? Also are there any other lip kits out there that are worth getting and that are not made out of fiberglass? Looking for something a little more durable

the kaminiri drops it I think about 1.5 inch. Since you cjose the Kaminari, I am assuming that you have good taste, which would mean that there are no other good looking kits that are made of urethane. The only urethanes ones look like junk. I'd go with the drop, Viniati sides, Streetconcept rear and APR front splitter if I were you. That way clearance isn't an issue, it looks damn good, and you wont be ready for a flood.

Do they make any other body kits that are made of poly and allow for more ground clearance?
