Halo Headlights

Anyone know where i can get a set of black housed dual halo headlights WITH-OUT the lil homo LEDS in them? Possibly someone who retro fits.

They don't exist. Someone has, however, bought a set of the Anzo projectors and installed an OEM eyelid over the LEDs and disconnected them. Your other option is retrofitting an OEM pair of headlights and adding halos to them.
