HALO hid kit- updated -more new pix on page 3
Rawr where did you get your relay from? I bought one that Uneek suggested and it doesn't fit our cars without heavy modification. If you could PM where to get one it'd be greatly appreciated.
I really want one, especially since this past week. I've noticed that when I turn the lights on I can hear a faint tick in my car the moment I flip the switch, and I'm not sure if thats coming from the audio or what, and I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not..... but again I want to error on the side of caution and get a relay.... thanks again

felt like posting here inaddition to answering your question
i created my own harness ^^, purchased all my needs at partsexpress.com
the tick is perhaps your ballast being powered up? i recalled, when powering my hids, something does click, never payed attention whether it was my ballast or bulb.
your flickering problem could be caused by a bad connection

I got my relay kit figured out finally. But for some reason I still notice flickering once in a while, it freaks me out. these HIDs are nice, really great, light output is awesome, plus from the outside the car looks better than halogen.
as far the rely goes, if anybody interested PM or email me i can gave you the wiring diagram i came up. pretty easy, just follow them, total cost maybe 15 bucks, depends where you get your parts.

Again if you ever need a ready made harness just let me know. Halo kits look to use the standard 9006 power in connection on the ballast so my F1Spec ones will work just fine, much easier than making your own expecially for folks like me who dislike wiring
Here is the thread I made about the problem I have with the relay I bought, it simply doesn't work with the plug style of the 9006. 365Motorwerks, do you make a plug and play relay with no splicing involved? Is so please PM me a price, and I'm convinced the click I hear when I turn on my lights is coming through my speakers.....
The harness has 9006 ends that plug into the ballasts...if you can take your factory 9006 connector and plug it right into you Halo power in on the ballast then these will work for you form there just go to my site.. http://www.365motorwerks.com/index.a...ROD&ProdID=190
Will do, I can't wait to get this, for the last few days every time I turn on my lights, I hear this noise come through my car speakers. It almost sounds like when a needle hits a record at the exact moment I turn on my lights, it never did this before, so hopefully this relay can help eliminate this. Now I just need to sell the other relay I bought from Devin99 on the tiburon site
So I turned on my lights this morning, but before I did, I turned off my stereo. When I turned on my light, zero noise!! I'm wondering if the "needle hitting the record -type pop" is being cause by my amp's power wire since it sit very close to one of the ballast. I'm going to home tonight and see if I can't cover the wire in tin foil, i think this might help with the sound I get just as I turn on my lights, if not I still have my relays coming......
Yep...it has a 9006 connection that will plug right into your driver side factory harness! --for the on/off--
On tC's loosen the 10mm nuts on the top of the battery for you positive and negative and after removing the fuse on the wiring harness connect it's red to + and black to - tighten nuts back up then using a few zip-tys (small black ones hide well!) the relay can be secured out of sight on the battery hold down bolt on the fender side. Connection for the driver side ballast is the short one and should go right to the ballast...passanger side is the long one in plastic wire loom and can go out the gap by your radiator (towards the grill) and using zip-tys route it to the passanger side ballast under the radiator support (only takes like two ty's as you can go over a few bolts to assist in keeping it up) make sure everything is plugged in then put the fuse back in and test...give me a call with any ?'s.
