I tried to search for this topic but had no luck.
Do I have to remove the front bumper to put in new head lamp bulbs?
If so I can just read the front bumper removal but there is another way please let me know.

No, you have to remove bumper if you want to take out the headlights not the bulbs. Shouldn't be that hard to take bulbs out.

for the bulbs, just twist behind the headlamp. For the whole headlamp itself, the bumper needs to come off.
