is it 8000k super blue white illegal in CA

there is no way that is 8000k ..... that looks like about 5000k there is no blue to that light.....
to answer your question... im sure if that is an actual picture of your lights..thats legal...

i just got a fix-it ticket for no reason , that cop is blind

i dont think they look blue, their kinda white..
