So I'm in the market for some new headlights...Right off the bat I'll put it out there that I'm looking for some Angel Eye or Halo style projector lights. Thing is, I'm on a fairly limited budget. So I'm just looking for personal experience with the aftermarket projector headlights. Which brand would you say is the best quality for the money, which has the brightest rings, stuff like that. Also is CCFL truly better or is that just a gimmick? Right now I'm somewhat torn between Spec-D and Anzo, but would just like to hear some input from people that have had experiences with it. If you have pictures I certainly would not be opposed to taking a look too.
