Default Headlights = WOW!

I finally found some members from Montana on here, and yall have to check out these color matched headlights from http://clearcorners.com/products/scion/tc1/

The white tc is kjmira's and he is one of the 3 Montana scionlife members! I find it wierd how we have one of the biggest states in the country and the least amount of scionlife members!

anyways, check these out, and if anyone else is from Montana, holla at me because we want to plan a meet and a photoshoot!

They are ridiculously expensive but these things are OFF THE HOOK!

props to kjmira for the link!

those are completely ubsurd.

clear corners cost like $10 to make, supflux led's are $2 a pop, and then some paint to do the bezel.

$1625? yeah right.

my god if I was to make $1600 headlights they would be custom color matched carbon fiber, with projector highs and lows, custom LED turns, parking lights and side markers... I would also include like half a gold brick and make the cover out of crystal or something..

It amazes me how scion drivers are now catching on to trends that have come and past, ones that were kinda cool about 4 years ago with drivers of pretty much any other car.

well, jigga man is from montana, who knows how long anybody in that state was even aware of scion. even so, not everybody was here when we began customizing car.

i'll admit it, i was completely unaware of customizing and tuning car until the fast and the furious came out. i mean, need for speed had fast production cars and only let you pick mt/at and the color. so you can't blame people for being out of the loop if they just got into car customization lately.

They forgot to mention that out of the $1700, $1000 is the cost of the JDM sticker...

Hmmm... they're a few blocks up the street from me, it might be worth a visit to see why their headlights are worth $1625.

I seriestly don't see any other major cost other than labor. The resources are clearly cheap. it doesn't even have projectors and shrouds. EH, some people out there may fall for it.

Reading comprehension > you.

To make it easier for you to understand: clear corners and thinking it's jdmtytezorz3d to get rid of the amber on your car was something that honda/acura, mitsu, nissan, and toyota owners thought was "cool" to do about 4+ years ago. Thinking lighting mods are the way to spend your money (aside from a proper retrofit) is one of the main reasons other car people look down on us scion owners.

But whatever, seems like you nignogs won't be breaking out of the ricer phase anytime in the next 2-3 years.

geez.. clearcorners.....

my only comment? NOT worth the money....

someone with even minimal DIY skills can reproduce something similar for fractions of the cost....

and btw.... i know what products they love to use for their items. could always copy the design and/or improve on it... spending much less money for things that don't need to be done.

they're just charging crazy labor costs.... you want me do make you something? gimme some money.... i'll reproduce it.
