So i just ordered the ion projectors and measured its dimensions agains the side holes we have in out bumpers and it might fit just perfectly. wanted t know wat u guys think about these fog lights. Ill have pics once install and ill try to make a bezel for it out of plexi the fiber glass it. Heres the pic of the lights



aite here are some pics on the fogs installed and on.

 

i have the same ones, they don't really fit well with the bottom right and left inlets unless your gonna cut the bumper.

whats the casing material and is the black casing nessary to hold lens in, cuz i can fabricate parts and moldings for it

 

I have almost the exact same ones - maybe the exact same ones and they fit and work perfect. I love them. Might replace the bulbs with some more powerful ones though. Check my profile - I'm pretty sure I have some pics of them

these ones are different drom tose, they are a lil igger from the dimension and im gonna make my own molding for it

 

I would like something fabricated for the fogs I'm going to get

 

easy, but long way of doing it with plexi glass, all u do is make the bottom cap which is = to the stock cap, then ad layers of plexi conformin to the curvestile like 4 layers, sand itout so its smooth. use varying whole saws by starting with the back side from biggest to smallest dependin on size needed. insert fogs and see the fit. also make sure u trace each layer and where u make holes to reverse it. From there do fitting on car and make changes accordingly. From there u have two routes to take. Leave as is and inset leds and have a glowing outer rim for the fogs, or fiberglass it

edit- to layer plexi, u need pleki glass glue made by crushing clean plexi and mixing with acetone
