HELP! headlight swirls

so i was putting on my BlueBatMobile eyelids and i was cleanin the headlights off with a brillo pad to get all the bug crap off and now my headlights have swirl marks....any help on removing?

i'll have to try that, is there a better way to get all that crap off my headlights? i mean its like caked on there

lighter fluid may be the best but...do some research though...i wouldnt use acetone, or rubbing alcohol as it may damage/melt the plastic.

Try WD-40. I used to use it to clean off my quad plastic (plus it helped mud not stick as bad)

Never damaged the plastic on the quad, but I have never tried it on headlights.
