I am having a hard time making up my mind on something. My car is currently at the body shop having some dents repaired where some chick hit me. Anyways I have a carbon fiber hatch on its way and when it gets there they are going to install it for me. But I have a Pedestal spoiler in perfect condition that I paid $430 for and Id hate to just throw it in the garage. Plus I love the way it looks. But do you guys think it would look stupid mounted on the carbon fiber hatch?? It will look normal from the side. but from the back I think it might look either great or like sheet. The garnish will still be white so It will kind of balance out but what do you guys think??? thanks for your input.

Imagine WeeloTC's car with a white spoiler instead of black I guess. imo the cf hatch looks pretty sweet w/o a spoiler.

lose the spoiler, and get the CF garnish and the CF lip spoiler... the white pedestal would look out of place... then a CF hood would complete the look FTW... just my $.02

 

yeah, ditch the pedestal spoiler for a cf lip spoiler.

 

i had the same dilemma. i didnt want to lose my pedestal. imo it would look like crap if you were to put it on.

 

If you're going to get a CF hatch, and want a spoiler, it has to be a CF spoiler. Putting a regular spoiler defeats the purpose of having it being a lightweight hatch.

Have the body shop paint it black......kinda like the one in the link
