Default (HELP) Moisture in headlights

I took my headlights apart to install tc demon eyes. After getting them back together I decided to take my car for a drive to see how thay hold up from bumps and ____ like that. Keep in mind I live in north minnasota,(were its cold really cold) I dont drive my car in the winter but it was a nice day and I was going to reward my self for all the bull____ I went threw installing them. Thay work great, but to my suprise there was moisture in both headlights. So I took them back out and apart again, I cleaned them out put them back together, And this time I ran a bead clear silcone around the housing and were the wires came out just to be sure. I took it out for a drive again with in 2 miles thay fogged up again. Thought that woud fix my problem for sure. I think mabey some how I dident seal them good enuf or are my moisture release pluges ____. or could the bitter cold have something to do with it. So what do you guys think? If any one has any ideas or have had this problem please help that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks [/i][/b]

It's likely still not sealed well. That's the only way the moisture is getting in there.
