Default HID HELP!!!

I am having a serious issue with my HIDs... I have had them for over a year now, and lately my passenger side bulb has been flickering, like it was going out. It eventually just went out so i decided its time for new bulbs... I bought a whole kit, because a friend of mine had the exact kit and got it for cheap... it was never used so bought it from him... so i replaced the bulbs and it was still doing the same thing.. so i say, ok my ballast is bad, so i replaced them... still did not fix it... then switched the power cord and wires that go from the driver side (factory bulb plug, battery) to the passenger side ballast... so at this point i have replaced everything with a brand new kit, and it still does the exact same thing... here is the weird part... as soon as i turn it on, it works great as it should... 30 seconds alter it flickers and eventually goes out. i can turn the lights off, and back on and they work for a minute and the problem repeats... what is the deal? any input/help would be greatly appreciated! i have checked all connections, fuses, battery terminals, wires, etc... i cant find anything! has anyone else experienced this or know what to check next?

i took the new relay out, cleaned it up with a wire brush and put it back in, and its much better, but still shakes and goes out every once in a while... thinking about a new relay and going from there

i got a brand new relay today and replaced it, and the light stays on... no more strobing... but it does seem to shake a little bit which never happened before.. any idea what that could be? it is an entirely new wiring set and lights, so im wondering if its just doing that cuz theya re new.. i dont remember if it did that before... the problem as a whole seems to be fixed, just a little shaking thats coming from both lights when im up close to a car or a wall i can see it...

any idea what the shaking would be? i plan to clean up the wires a little bit tomorrow, and try a new ballast and bulb as well to see if any of those would fix it.
