There are so many name brands and unknown name brands out there and i just wanted to ask a few of you that bought a hid kit, what brand or company did you buy? Or just any suggestions on what to stay away from and swing towards as far as quality is concerned, Thanks.

 

I have hid's in my head lights and fog lights. I can get ya some pics if you want. Mine are 8000k kits. My brother sells them for 150 dollars. If your interested let me know. These are a direct plug and play.

i have the oznium 6500k, not a single problem, so it gets an A+ in my book

 

MobileHID 6K kit here. Very happy with it. Make sure you have a relay if you get an HID kit. MobileHID includes one with every kit, Operatic does as well I believe.

 

Make sure you have a relay and an inline fuse. If you don't you could fry your electrical system. Many companies will tell you that you don't need it. I'd rather be safe than sorry. MobileHID comes with all of that.

im looking at some of the examples posted in one of the forums. it seems that the color variation doesnt look all that obvious, its more of a slight fade if that. any of yall out there with the 8k kit, how do you like it as far as the color goes?

I bought these http://shop.3bspecialties.com/produc...8&productId=33 and couldn't be happier. i did have an install problem (MY fault) and called mike at the number on the web page and he was great and walked me though it all. Damn nice guy.

I ordered one day and got them the next. The wiring harness is top notch and everything fit great. I bought the 6K with the 50Watt ballests. It ran me around 140.00 and was worth every penny. Mikes help was priceless !!!!! LOL
