Default HID....right side bluer then left

ok guys and gals i bought the xentec HID kit the 8k temp. but recently i have noticed that my right light is bluer then the left so i asked around and my buddy told me that the manufacturers purposely aim the angel of the light slightly so we don't blind the on coming traffic.....but i have no idea how does tat affect the color out put of my 8k HIDs....so if there is anybody out there help me out WHAT SHOULD I DO?

simple.

you either have a bad bulb, or a bad ballast.

take the bulbs out, swap them, if the light that is less blue changes sides, than it means that the bulb is the fault.

if the less blue light remains on the same side, then it means that the ballast is having problems fully powering the bulbs.

as for the driver and passenger side headlights being different, they are. the headlights have cut-offs at different ANGLES to prevent blinding cars in the oncoming lanes, but that is the headlight housing itself, the bulbs are universal and are not driver or passengerside specific.

All you can really do is contact them regardless of any warranty papers you may or may not have sent in. Just make sure you determine whether it's the bulb or the ballast.
