I don't see the 80%-90% match thing they're showing on my MobileHID kit. Seems pretty expensive for something unnecessary. That's almost double the price of a MobileHID kit WITHOUT the scionlife discount. Go with what mcheng08 said. I'd personally recommend MobileHID.
I'll qualify my statement by saying that I do not have HID's and am not an expert in them, but I do have a EE degree and a decent knowledge of electronics. To me, the "digital" nomenclature seems to be genuine but not neccessary. The technology stems from indoor plant growth where heat buildup and energy efficiency is an issue when HID lighting is used on an industrial scale. They use a digital current control circuit instead of a magnetic coil to load balance the circuit.
For automotive application, the advantages of digital don't seem to be significant enough to justify the cost increase. (lightweight - will an extra 1.5 lbs really make a difference?; quieter operation - will you really hear the ballast next to the engine?; heat output - again, is that really going to be a factor in the engine bay?; and startup time - the extra .25 sec startup time will not be noticeable)
They will last longer but would need to last 3x as long as traditional to realize a savings. Traditional claim 3-5 yrs, so they would need a 9-15 year lifespan to be worth it but only claim 5-7.
On a side note, a titanium casing, really? Exactly how much stress is the housing under to justify titanium over aluminum? the case is probably the main cost increase. On an aircraft, weight savings are very good, and realized in fuel consumption savings but a car doesn't need to provide lift so I doubt you see any difference.

I have bought from that website before, but not HIDs so I should point that out in advance. I have bought foglights from them, and they are good for the price. However, the didgital HID kit has features that probably aren't nessesary. And their regular kits cost significantly more than others Ive seen, but have features others don't. If you buy from them, I would buy the midlevel Xetronics. Or, buy MobileHID. I would look at those two, rather than the digital Xetronic.
