Well on CSI ya, but in most cases they wont bother doing it.

and that episode was called chaos theory I know thats sad that I know that, but I saw it recently. (thats the one that they matched the paint)

Who said anything about registering?

Dim wits just keep on driving, polluting our air (since they don't register the car, they don't have to smog it), you know the story. I know people who have had their tags stolen off their plates. Obviously someone is using the stolen tags on some sort of car to get around.

of course it can be fixed...most any car can be fixed....but in the eyes of the insurance company, the cost of fixing it will outweigh the cost of a new scion....

Something tells me its not a car that hit that tC...unless it was a HUGE car. Because any car that hit that wouldnt be able to drive away.
