I have noticed recently that my hood on the passanger side near the windshield has started to raise more and more. The car when purchased had very clean lines, now the hood in that section has slowly raised about a half an inch. Has anyone else noticed this problem? The dealership is talking about replacing the entire hood. issues issues

1. Rear hatch rattle (entire inside of hatch replaced and rattling again)
2. Sunroof Rattle (tsb and is rattling again)
3. Brakes squealing (resurfaced rotors 6500 miles)
4. Weather stripping popping up (dealership is replacing whole front windshield)
5. Hood raising up (dealership is supposed to replace hood)
6. Glovebox rattling (deformed glovebox)

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

 

I wish I could help... but I haven't had any of those problems.

 

I haven't either, and most I haven't heard too much of really, compared to others.... looks like they sold some crack at the factory the day your car was made.....

 

trust me i feel you on that, even my service advisor has joked that they have sold me a vw!! car is in the shop once every week!!

 

yeah i hatch rattles like crazy and now the front dome lights vibrates when i cruise at highway speeds

 

now the fun begins, my car has been in the shop for 2 days now, and they still have no idea what is causing my hood to raise!! you can push it back to where it belongs but it has the dealership soo confused it is not even funny!

 

the dealership fixed the hood, they said that it just needed to be adjusted and they hope that it does no raise up again
